I just ordered my new computer parts and was trying to figure out some good software that'll be able to track the performance and temperatures etc.

Also for antivirus/spyware I might be able to get norton antivirus (unsure if it's that great or not) or go with free stuff that I can find.

I have heard that Nod32 and Kaspersky are good for antivirus, then free spyware would be spybot search and destroy.

Note, that these would be for vista home premium os so I just was wanting to make sure that it all would be compatible/ personal opinions on good free software.

NoD32 and Kaspersky are good. I use AVG 7.5 Free. I was a Nortons user before and did the job, but too many problems in other areas.
