Old PC Hunting Game

Hi all,

When I was younger me and some friends used to play a hunting game on the computer. I cannot remember the name of the game, it would be from the early 2000's. You would hunt dinosaurs and if I remember right, you could hunt a yeti. Does anyone recognize this game?
