Well it all depends on how much you use your major skills. With my thief I was sneaking around all the time and got to level 7 in about 5 hours. Not that level matters at all in this game, cause it don't.

Yea, i actually think its better at lower lvls, because its more fun and doesn't take as long to kill every creature...
i just turned lvl 30 and i accidently changed the difficulty to max.... and i was so annoyed, i was like WTF!! it took me about 3 hours to realise, i made 3 new chars in that time and they all got owned by the assasins in the prison...
lol it took me ages to get to level 20 with my Assassin/Archer, but it took even longer to reach lvl 50 with my high elf mage, this game is pretty overhyped i think, the combat system is too crappy and AI is an absolute disgrace, the incredible visuals though, on max settings are worthy of a portrait.
