you gotta tell us the new computer specs.  if the computer isnt good and we suggest a game that requires good graphics you might be s.o.l.  Do you plan on putting a graphics card in this new computer which im guessing is going to be an hp, dell, or gateway without a graphics card?

lol I remember when I lived at home my dad would always blame my games for everything that went wrong
"Those filthy developers, they put porn on their games and it gets onto our computer"  No dad, I downloaded it but if you want to blame it on the game thats fine
"Crap the computer got a virus, dont load any more games, son!" no dad, its those stupid emails with attachments your friends send you, theyre loaded with viruses.

As for your question, I recommend Call of Jaurez.  Its demanding, but if you can run Oblivion you can run CoJ.

Pick up The Chronicles of Riddick: Escapre From Butcher Bay. It's a FPS / stealth / action / adventure. You will not be disappointed as it will probably be the most fun game you'll ever play. Another great thing about it is is that now it can be found really cheap if you buy it used on Ebay or Amazon and I think Gamestop/EBGames has it for like $10 or $15 new.

Sounds like your mom is suffering hardware malfunctions, which sucks. Human brains are so much harder to fix than computers. Still, your computer's fine, it's just probably not being maintained properly and slowly got bogged down and died. This is quite normal for any microsoft-based PC. Just fix your mom and counterstrike will run fine.

Im also looking for a massive online FPS which good huge detail weapons basically all you could ask for from a FPS however ive played alot but i havnt found one with a good community where team work is needed.

Anyway why not try warrock (google it) its a good FPS with diifernt types of playing such as sniper assualt medic and so on with a decent range of weapons and veichles. its free to play with a preium available where exp bonus(rank system) and certain weapons.

Half Life 2 shipped with 5 discs.

Also I recommend FEAR combat. It's free and it rocks.

Also try Rainbow Six Vegas and Enemy territory (another freebie)

Edit: Installing it and hoping they won't check the programs list is stupid. Steam sometimes requires a manual login at windows startup, and what if they see it? No more computer time for you!

If your computer is really crappy, forget running CallOfJuarez... play something that has less system requirements, such as FEAR, Quake 4 and soon CRYSIS....

just kidding... these games i WARMLY recommend should run smooth even on p3/low end p4's:

-Quake3 Arena

-Unreal Tournament (1999)

-Painkiller

-Clive Barker's Undying

-Tribes

there's more but this hsould be  a good start!

Try wwii online. Teamwork is key in that game.

LMAO I read that and I thought, "I can't believe he is saying that. He is giving the kid false hope." Then I saw you were kidding. Good one. I would add to you list UT 04, as that game is highly optimized and still has  huge player base, and is better (IMHO) than the original. CAN'T WAIT FOR TEH UT3!!!!

ut 2k4 kicks serious a*s indeed, its presentation has much more polish and style that the 1999 original,

but essentially the gameplay is the same grade A stuff

Its true that its highly optimized, but only to a point. the kid neglected to mention his specs,

leaving us only to speculate on the definition of a crappy/dated rig...

cant wait for UT2k7 too!!! its #1 on my anticipation list!!!
