My computer won't let me play The Witcher?

I just installed The Witcher: Enhanced Edition and when I try to launch it, I get the following error:

I don't understand because my account (the only account) is the administrator, I even right click the application and run as administrator... But I still get the error...? Do you guys know of any way to solve this problem?

The game is the UK version and I am on an American version of Windows 7 if that matters?
