Moving Skyrim Data from Mac to PC

So, my brother and I got Skyrim, but I had a Mac at the time, so he helped me to make Skyrim work by running it through Wineskin on my Mac. I have a new PC now and I want to move that game data from my Mac to PC. Is there any possible way to do that?

You'd have to figure out where the save data is stored on MAC and on PC. Copy the save data.
