I have motherboard ( System Model DH67CL__ ) which supports "

  • One PCI Express* 2.0 x 16 discrete graphics card connector
  • Two PCI Express 2.0 x 1 connectors
  • Three PCI Conventional bus connectors

Will it compatible with Gtx 650 ti boost or HD7770 ? , as these cards supports PCI express 3.0?

it will support any and every PCIe graphics card. PCIe sockets and cards are all backwards compatible, you may lose some performance with a PCIe 2 socket but probably not very much and probably not noticeable.

Yeah, he definitely wouldn't notice. Using 7970's and Titan's, the difference between PCI-E 2 and 3 is only about a frame or two per second...

650 Ti Boost requires 450W, and about 24A on the 12V rail

650 Ti requires 400 and about 20A on the 12V rail...

Taken from here(dismiss the print pop-up)

I can not tell if your PSU can support it or not, as it is too blurry for me... But it seems like it says 460W...?
