Most in depth simulation??? like Caesar 4 but more indepth

so what is the most in depth simulation for a kinda nation v nation battle game. like Caesar where you control alot but more

the only thing i could think of is empire earth 2? which i have no knowledge about. and i remember a game called Theocracy which looked pretty complicated and in depth (kinda old though) but im not sure if i remeber the right game. other those that i have no real idea about what kinda games cause i dont usually play RTS, more of an RPG TBS guy

so plz help

I Have Empire Earth 2 and there's a lot screens and micro management involved...I can't get into it..I may try again..I'm doing Galactiv Civ 2 and there's a ton of depth there..

I just read your a tbs type of player..Download the demo for Galactic civ 2 then..It's very in depth.....

For world war 2. Theatre of war is looking to be a good simulation. not out yet though.
