Well, the graphic side of things won't be in your future. But I bet you could run DOTA2, which is pretty popular(and free). Minecraft is always an option, same with more RTS style games such as Starcraft 2. You could probably run CS:GO as well, a very popular shooter.
If you want to spend about $60 you could Ebay a GTX 750ti - which would work in your computer. It's a huge step up from your current video card and would vastly open up your options. It's not an amazing card, but you would still get better graphics than a PS4 and Xbox one.
Most games pre 2011 should run on the computer if you're not expecting mind blowing performance. You'll have to tinker with graphic settings if you're gaming on 1080p. If you're gaming on something with a resolution more towards 720p the card will work better for performance.

You only need Mount & Blade Warband, you will hooked hundreds of hours playing it with these mods, I highly recommended this two awesome mods
Download ZDoom and the Brutal Mod. Omikron Nomad Soul. The original Thief games. Vampire Masquerade Redemption \ Bloodlines. Civilization V. All of which you can DL from Steam and will run on that card.
