I don't know, but you CAN buy it on eBay and have it shipped assuming you find a seller willing to ship worldwide.
Piracy discussionis taboo. However, if you buy the game on eBay, and DL while you are waiting for the shipment, that seems perfectly fine.
You may be able to find a (legal) site to download it from, but I'm not sure how many cater to Europe...I checked Direct2Drive and they're selling it to US residents only...
