Low end PC gaming

Hey guys i just wana ask what games can run my pc?

PC Spec:

CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo vPro E8400 3.00GHz

RAM:2GB ddr2

Graphic: Intel(R) Q45/Q43 Express Chipset.

Games i played on this are HL,HL2,RE 4,MAX PAYNE1,2,THE WALKING DEAD,SILENT HILL 3,5,AREA 51,MAFIA,GTA SA,CALL OF DUTY 2,NFC CARBON,UNDERCOVER,HELLGATE LONDON,CONDEMNED CRIMINAL ORIGINS,HALO COMBAT EVOLVED...

Nothing modern

If you bought a dedicated video-card, Geforce 9800 is extremely cheap nowadays, you could play most games up to 2012 and some 2013 games. As it stands my guess is most 2009 and maybe 2010 games, but I'm not sure.

If I were you I would try some game demos and see how they run.
