Gonna replace my crappy PC I heard from my friends that Vista only plays the games they want you to. So, is there a compatability problem with XP games and such I need to know, 'cause I want to get F.E.A.R.

your friends are retarded, and i personallly wouldn't hang around them anymore. Now that's out of the way....Vista had a few compatability problems in the beginning, but almost any game you play will work on it. Fear does work on it...

The compatability problem might have been true in the very beginning when Vista was released, but that's to be expected with any new release. The whole compatibility issue has been completely blown out of proportion. I've yet to find an issue with any drivers or any games. Games run just as well on Vista as XP. To list a few: BF2, FEAR and FEAR Expansion, CnC3, Star Wars Empire at War.
