Looking for a fun game to play over winter break

Id like a fun, immersive, story driven, preferably long or with high re playability to enjoy over the break. Unfortunately though, my laptop lacks any ability to run newer games, I run an integrated card so the game has to be relatively old (my 6950 equipped desktop had to stay in my dorm room for the break :( )

Let me start by saying I'm freaking jealous that you get winter break - enjoy it while it lasts lol.

As far as the game goes, any old RPG would be good: Vampire the Masquarade Bloodlines, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, Baldurs Gate. Or you could go the RTS route like Warcraft III.

Amnesia: The Dark Decent probably runs well on lower-end computers. I'm not sure on how scalable it is.

I haven't played all the way through it. But it seems to have an interesting plot and will get pretty scary.

Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Neverwinter Nights, Planescape Torment, or Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines would all be good.

I second APB. They made some major improvements from the beta. Its not a bias to defenders It doesn't feel pay to win like it used to

i am currently playing fallout: tactics which i would have never thought of playing if it hadn't been sitting in my backlog for ages already. anyway, if you ask me it fits all your requirements. see if you might like it and enjoy your break!

Defiantly, otherwise no one would pay. But it was a major improvement from the Beta. Its one of the more fairer F2P modles i have seen. I hope it stays this way and turn into like many other f2p, were who ever blows more money wins

That's what i call fine taste! You should definitely go with these games! Specially Baldur's Gate! If you want to kill a lot of people go with Max Payne, it's pretty good too!
