Recently, all my games that previously ran smoothly have suddenly began to lagin about 5 minute intervalsafter 10-15 minutesof playing offline and online. I have search all over the internet and have found others who are having this problem, but I can not find any solutions. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Maybe some of your hardware components are overheating and they start to throttle themselves to prevent damage. Kinda hard to guess as you provide no specs or anything.

Okay, I have a Geforce 9100, AMD Phenom 9750 Quad-Core Processor 2400Mhz, and8 gigs RAM.

And if my hardware components were overheating how could I tell?

Download a program that monitors your temperature such as core temp it will save your highest CPU temps during a gaming session

My maximum cpu temperature is only 49 C when playing. Is that too hot? If not what else could it be?

CPU temp isn't the problem then. What's your PSU and what's your GPU temp?
