Halo 2 and Shadowrun are both Vista only so you should definately start there. There are some problems with certain games on Vista but it is safe to say that most should run on Vista by now.
If you aren't sure, just check that particular game's forum and see if anybody is reporting an issues with running it on Vista.
Yeah, unless you are looking for Vista *only* games (Halo 2, Shadowrun), you could probably just ask what are some good pc games :D
Vista pretty much runs everything, games with old starforce protection might give you problems. In fact, you might discover some games that didn't work with XP now happen to work with Vista example
