Just bought Bf2142 from EA LINK/cd key problem

Hi so i made the purchase yesturday of bf 2142 from ea link. everything installed fine and etc. Weird thing is they didnt give me a cd key or ask me to put one so i was like okay. So when i went to create an account after 10 tries i gave up because it kept on giving me errors and what  not about username etc. So i was pissed off and i just went in my email, and it said my account is created so i was like sweet. Then when i went to sign in with it, it said the cd key is registered to another account???? excuse me??

I only used 2 emails and i tried both the accounts and they both said key being used by another account...... so i dont know what to do so can someone help me??? 

Try emailing EA support, they should be able to solve this problem for you, this however may take a few days to get a reply or sorted possibly so there could be other solutions but this is worth trying.
