just bought and started playing gta san andreas

This game is great on pc. I played gta 4 on pc last year and this is so much better; the graphics aren't as good, but the gameplay is amazing.

The framerate in San Andreas isn't locked at 25fps. Unless you run it with the framelimiter on of course.

I disabeled frame limiter and forced v sync through control panel, also forced 16x aa through control panel. I played this game on xbox 1 years ago. Running at 1080p with high aa the game actually looks pretty good to me, but the gameplay is so much better than gta 4. The vehicles handle better, there's much more to do and it's just plain fun. I haven't played Gta 5 yet but hopefully it's more like san andreas than gta 4.

I use the cap and play with a PS3 controller. San Andreas wasn't designed with the PC in mind. The controls suck.

Lost-to-Apathy

Still leagues better than GTA III's controls. Shooting with M+K is wonky as hell.

San Andreas shits all over GTA IV. Haven't played V yet (waiting for pc release).
