I've noticed a portable super multi drive keeps connecting to my PC via Bluetooth

Weirdest thing. A couple months ago, I was having issues with my wifi and it kept disconnecting. For some reason, I checked my Bluetooth devices and that's when I saw this thing called Portable Super Multi Device. I disconnected it and never had an issue with the Wifi again. Now, my eBay account was just hacked today and I decided I was going to look at the Bluetooth devices again, and I saw it was connected yet again, but I didn't experience any Wifi issues.

I don't know what to make of this. Is someone actually hacking my laptop via Bluetooth?

You may want to read about "blueborne" hack. It was supposed to be patched already. But, it could be worth checking out.
