I´m wondering is this TV good for gaming because i´m soon replaceing my old TV with an all new TV so any help?

Depends on what your standards of "good" are. It looks pretty nice though.

I use this for gaming.
My HDTV

It has the best blacks and no lag what so ever.

I'd recommend the 46 inch Sony Bravia XBR9 for 1385 shipped off Amazon. I own it and it equals or even beats the 750 series Samsungs and is matte, so no glare. Samsung simply doesn't back up their product and Sony goes above an beyond both inside and outside your warranty period. Sony and Samsung panels are made in the same factories.
