I would change a few things

Get a FX 6300 instead of a 6200 better architecture

also go with 2x4gb DDR3 for dual channel

also you can get a slightly faster hdd for same amount Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003

For a liitle more you can get a GTX 760 a much faster gpu for $25-30 more

Do all these changes (he's correct on everything).

Besides that maybe look at other monitor options ? (The Dell ultra sharp 23inch IPS will offer you more viewing space + better picture quality for around the same price, I think it goes for around $150 with shipping). I have the 24 inch models and its great (theres two users on this board who have the 23 inch model and they swear by it).

All he suggested except for the HDD - 1TB Caviar Blue is as fast as Seagate;although if you're into budget PC the 270X is fine

Made some small changes, I hope you like it:

wrong, like I stated before spend the same and get the faster drive

WD10EZEX WD blue in passmark drive test scored 1108

while the ST1000DM003 seagate drive scored 1216

WD blacks range from 1170-1250

and WD 10k drives score 1300+

Again either 10K Veloci Raptor for the extra money or nothing at all

At the age of SSDs I'd rather get SSD for the Veloci Raptor worth.
