Is my computer powerful enough to power this resolution?

All right after im done upgrading my pc ill have these specs:

q6600

4 gigs of ram

vista ultimate

8800 gtx 768mb

dell 2407wfp HC 1920x1200

Ive seen a lot of people use two video cards at this resolution.

Is my rig able to handle games at this res at a good framerate at max settings?

(like crysis, bioshock, world in conflict.)

You'll need at least another GTX and a physics card to play decently.

Just kidding :). Those games aren't out so there is no guarantee about Max but you will be able to run them very very well.
