Is 1600x900 a good resolution?

I've never saw this resolution before. Anyone knows if it's supported by games?

It's a fairly common res, actually, and it's supported in most games.

Haven't encountered any problems with that resolution. It works fine.

is it the acer 20 inch cause thats what i got and that res works fine as long as the game supports widescreen
