everyone forgot to ask the important question.  What resolution do you play at?  IT will bottleneck it all around, but at
16x12 and higher, it will do better.  Lower resolutions (12x10 and lower), become more CPU intensive.

Sorry for the lack of information. My socket is AM2 and my pretensions are playing for some time in a 15" and in 3 months change to 17" using maximum resolution.

You shouldn't have any issues at a higher res. I have a X2 4400 and 8800 GTS and i have no issues. And i only play 1388x766..

SheepNCG

5600+ or 5200+ (probably 5600+, its only around $10 more than 5200+ and offers a proprotionately much larger performance boost).
