i5 or I7 +gtx 580

I'm getting a new comp and I don't think I'll be overlocking my cpu so, will an i5 bottleneck a 580? Will an i7? Any advice would be appreciated!

I put my i7 system together (see sig) a few weeks ago and loving the speed. No bottlenecks here

The i7 is simply an i5 with added features that dont benefit games.

Get an i5 760 in my opinion.

yes but for what when u can get a 920/930 for a lil less then 200bucks or even a i7 950 for 230....
