Apparently, my comp. has Windows 95 but  I clearly have Windows XP installed on it. Because of this,
I cannot install Windows Live Messenger and certain games that requires XP to play it. Can someone help
me please?    Thanks
I got the comp. in 2002 with Windows Service Pack 2 for XP.

Ok, the PC came with Windows XP already installed on it. But when I try to install stuff like Windows Live Messenger,
It says " We cannot install this program. You currently have Windows 95 (WTF???). Please upgrade your Windows"
It only started recently, like 2-3months ago. So basicaly, I can't install anything higher then Windows 95.
