i don't get how COD4 MP is fun....

i just don't get it.how is cod4 MP fun?it's just like in SP,you run n gun snipe,camp,ect.it's so boring.i don't see what's so fun about it.you're a 1 man army,no one works together to complete the objective,and all people do is complain and swear.Fun isn't it?i probably pick cs or cod5 over this run n gun game.

CoD4 MP was too easy in my opinion, I got bored of it quickly.

I usually do not enjoy multiplayer games, but Team Fortress 2 is an exception. As for COD games, I tried those a few times, and prone-jump abusing snipers made it really unbearable for me.

Get involved competitively and you'll understand. CSS, CoD4, TF2 are all great but the competitve aspect makes them soooo much better.

The original CoD MP, and CoD:UO MP were ten times better than CoD 4 MP, imo.

The MP component is fun, its much more fun compared to the SP component. Thats pretty much all CoD4 has going for it.

They took the BF 2142 model of unlocks and improve it with some refinaments. They keep the gameplay easy, plain, to be accesible. It works for most of people because these reasons. I still like more BF 2 and Quake Wars, even the gunplay in UT III (Shock Rifle is harder to master than all COD 4 weapons combined), but as I say it works for most of the people.

I love it. If it's too fast paced you can try Seach and Destroy. You don't respawn till the next round so it's a bit more tactical, but no more than like, CS. But CS is one of my favorite games of all time so it's no suprise I love COD4 :p

I dislike having to rely on teamwork because usually if one screws up and doesn't realize it a flame war starts, got UT3, Crysis and CoD4 and didn't buy The Orange Box only for this reason even if I regretted it quite badly. Maybe as soon as I *recruit* someone of my classmates I'll give a try to Valve's next, but that probably won't happen before MW2 is out.

The only thing I dislike about CoD4's MP are some admins/mods that have no idea of what "reflexes" mean and kick you because you managed to stab them in the face even before they realize you are hostile, accusing you of "wallhack" or other ridiculous stuff. But thinking about how bad they must be feeling for being pwn'd so bad realizing it's their fault pretty much compensates.

It's my only MP FPS experience along with UTs that I played when I was 13-14 and sucked pretty badly at the time so probably it's just me being ignorant about the FPS genre :P

I enjoy it alot but I find most FPS games get old after awhile. Take a break and play something else. CoD4 MP isn't for weak FPS players it's very competitive and fast.
