How's the HL2 Insurgency Mod?

This mod looks like an excellent multiplayer mod. I have CoD4, and don't get me wrong I like it, but Insurgency looks like plain ol' fun. How's the community and how are the servers? What is the maximum number of people that can play? Basically, is it good?

When i tried to play it ...it was filled with bugs and i only got to play with myself never with anyone else..and the support was unable to figure out the problem i was having...so

unfortunatly i tihnk it was crap because i never got to play it ..but meh i dont mind..

maybe you can tell me how it is?
