How to clean PC DUST?

Is it good to clean a PC with vacuum or suggest any other thing to clean it.

Spray it out with compressed air. Take the case outside, first, you'd be surprised how much dust those things can hold

It's fine to clean metal, fans and dust filters with vacuum cleaner but you have to be careful around sensitive electro parts - if you'll damage them you'll be sorry for that.
