Something like this would be a good place to start. You can spend less and still get something decent, though.

PCCG don't charge a very high build fee and their assembled systems are done pretty well. One of my mates got a pre-assembled PC from them, I was quite impressed to see good cable management instead of everything just thrown in there.

Depends what you mean by 'decent'. I'd say 800 bucks with everything(Windows, K&M).

Somewhere between $700 and $1000, depending on the level of 'decent' you want. Plus or minus an addition $100-$200 if you need a monitor.

Do you mean high/ultra or med/high graphic settings on most games?

make sure you go Intel not AMD.

Even the cheapest of Intel will destroy the best of AMD for gaming. Sad really.

You're saying an Intel Celeron will be better than a AMD Vishera for gaming. :|

I definitely agree with this, PC case gear have the best prices around and the funny thing is their online pick-up factory is located right across from my work xD

It's something that'll most likely blow the PS4/720 out of the ball park.
