Videocard

EVGA 512-P3-N871-AR GeForce 9800 GTX(G92) 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

Would I be able to run the game on medium? How about high? What FPS would I get.

Add another Gig of Ram and get a E8400 instead of a E7400.

You'll probably run mostly enthusiast DX9 (no AA, reasonable resolution, 25-40fps).

What resolution?

At 1280*1024 and Very High, I'd say 25-30 fps. But you'll experience some annoying stuttering, because the card has only 512 MB.

I run it on VH at that res on a Q6600, 9800 GT and 2 GB Ram, 20-25 fps. But the stuttering is sometimes killing me.

Yup, what he said. On my 9500 GT however, I can run it on very high with shader and shadows medium 1440x900, 20-25 FPS. 20 - 25 FPS feels VERY smooth in crysis. If you want to push it up to 25-35 you can turn the shaders and shadows to high, instead of very high. Those are the two settings that you get performance hits from.

that's a not-too-disimilar spec to mine (see sig)

I can run on all High at 1440x900 and get about 30fps in-game. so you should be fine. just don't turn AA on.

does that website tell you what setting you should use? I have only used it a few other times. I have been wondering which settings I should use for optimal performance with

intel E8400 @3.00 GHz, 4 GB Ram, 9800 GTX+ 512MB, 1680x1050 native resolution 22 in monitor.

It tells you the highest settings that you can run it on. But sometimes, you need to put on lower settings to get a good framerate
