I dont see it, sound, screen saver and window color is all i see. If you're in Windows 7 Starter that's all you can change. They've taken away the other options.

Why wouldn't they have "Desktop Background" there on starter o_0?...weird, this is as basic as it gets, it shouldn't be a special feature for advanced editions. But, window color is everything it has, I don't even know if it has "real" themes other than other window colors and different backgrounds because I was never into custom themes and if you really don't have the option to set backgrounds/wallpapers there then just right click on a picture that you like and set it as desktop background.

I don't know why they don't have it, but I do know they don't let you change the desktop background/wallpaper on any netbook that has 7 Starter. Of all the dumb things to remove... :roll:
