High CPU usage and temps, low battery life

So I have a laptop which is Dell Inspiron n5010. Recently, my battery life got short it started to end in an hour or so. I noticed that my CPU fan is loud so I checked my temps and usage. My temps are 59 and it can jump over 60 sometimes. Here is how my task manager looks like:

I don't think this is the problem because this laptop is fairly new. Also this does not explain the high CPU usage and battery life.

Run HiJackThis and upload the log. Run it as admin.

I would sugest using the run cmd and typing:

powercfg -energy

look at the report and see if you have excessive cycling of the processor or video. Lists the warnings and errors.

Update the BIOS. That should fix the battery life thing.
