Finally fixed the campaign for me...

Using the new shader option (which greatly increases loading time) I can play it at 30 fps during intense combat... on a GTX 470.

Bought the game last night after succumbing to all the hype and then and even today(post patch) the game completely freezes after half an hour of gameplay. Anyone else getting this issues? Ive gone through the entire campaign without any issues but the MP component freezes and i have to end process. My specs well exceed what is needed and i play a heap of other games fine...

This must be what im getting. It seems to be taking up 1.5gb of ram. Wth.

Still runs very well for me, hope this fixes most peoples issues with the online. Must be lucky, no crashes or issues here.

This is the best COD since COD2 imo, much better then that garbage that was Modern Warfare2.

It still freezes on max settings, but runs better it seems as I can get over 90 fps at times.

But they make better games than Infinity Ward:P

Patch did not fix any of my issues, this game is simply busted pure and simple. I decided to just play through the campaign. I was actually holding out for this patch to fix the bugs before I dove into it.

Its just sad, as soon as I beat this game, I'm moving back to BC2.

They had 9 months to make COD3 and WaW has the best COD campaign ever - the Soviet campaign.

You can play Mw2 in max settings with that card, and BO do not look any better :(

I am waiting for the patch that will make the game come down in price. Really, $60 and no demo? In order for me to fall for that, the game would need to have all reviews saying it is the best CoD ever, which they don't.

my server browser has showed 0 servers since the day call of duty launched, i checked filters and google for an answer and i don't believe there is a solution. a lot of people have this problem but all it shows me is 0(2000) servers or whatever, no actual servers..it's really annoying not being able to play the game, if im lucky ill get to join ONE server its really lame i was so sure that they would have fixed this in this patch seeing as they had forever to work on it

Ya my buddy was having alto of issues in multiplayer and singleplayer, but now it runs perfect for him.. I am so glad because nwo he can play multiplayer with me with no messing up!

Love how they made the multiplayer balanced in Black Ops, unlike MW2, most unbalanced cod game ever.

Not for me its not.. MW2 crashed on my 2nd time playing it.. Black Ops has not crashed once for me yet.

Not to mention the online is far more balanced then MW2.

Only thing I can say that MW2 did well is alot of hte level design was well done.

It must be a conspiracy, the PS3 version is just as fubar while the Xbox one is perfect!

Still not running great. I haven't really had stuttering issues for some time, but the game is still running a lot worse than it should.. drops down to 40 fps in areas and it makes me cry. I'd consider upgrading my PC if the engine weren't so horribly optimized... why upgrade just to get the game running and looking like MW2 does on my current PC?

Microsoft is right: It doesn't freeze, have constant stuttering or poor performance or disconnect problems either.:o

I like BO on PC when it doesn't freeze or stutter on me though.

It's a shame that PC is made to look bad because of the incompetence of a handful of developers.

How did they even mess this one up? They have made plenty of games on PC in the past.

Good to have no stuttering anymore. I can finally play the game and get that prestige. Gotten rusty after I stopped playing it for a few weeks.
