I'm having problems with my xbox one controller... I just got the remote probably a month ago. I have the right wire to connect. Everything was working fine until a couple days ago. The remote just doesn't want to connect whenever I plug into the port.
I press the power button on the controller and it'll blink until it shuts off. I just got a new usb charger for the controller and im still having the same problem.
I went to device manager and checked human interface...
HID-compliant vender-defined device, HID-compliant wireless radio controls, I2C HID DeviceD, USB Input Device
Then I checked Sound, video and games controllers, Conexant SmartAudio HD, Intel(R) Display Audio, NIVIDIA Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM)
Nothing new appears when I have the remote plugged. I can't seem to find the XBOX 1 controller anywhere in my laptop. Can anyone please help? Thanks
