help with blue shift on steam

Hi,  I'm looking for some help to get thru the level after the canal (ba_yard5). I've just released the second scientist who is not Dr. Rosenberg from the red trailer in the freight dock yard, but, for the life of me, can't figure out where to go or what to do next.

I know I still need to find Dr. Rosenberg, somewhere....    please help...! 

He's trapped in one of the train cars.. when you get close you can hear him knocking

edit: you have to move the train car into position in order to get to him..

Okay just reread your previous post.. you have to hit those gas canasters in order to blow open the steel doors ..
