Help searching for Tv Tuner Card.

Hey guys, I just need a little help finding a Tv Tuner card for my computer.

I've been looking for a tv tuner card for a while now, but there are a few features that I can barely find on any of them, and since you all are experts, maybe you could help me find a couple or some that you reccomend.

First of all, my goal is to put cable on my computer monitor (which is actually a 27" widescreen HDTV) and to also put my xbox 360 on it. My main problem is that I cant seem to find one with an Hdtv input, and I dont even know if there is such one with a input for hdmi (maybe you can still plug that cord form your 360 into your monitor???). My second problem is that my computer only has a PCI card slot, so any card that I would physicaly put into my computer would have to be pci, not pci-express. Lastly I can only spend about 100 dollars or less.

If you guys could find me an external box or a tv tuner card (or a Graphics card with a integrated TV tuner) That would be awesome.
