The Witcher RPG was heard to be censored ofr american release because of some sences of rape and death is this true????

I really have no clue...but I doubt any violence was taken out....Im sure not all of the sexual themes were taken out either...

I just dont understand the point of a rating system when everything is censored anyway. Thats like, on the US system, making an R-rated movie, leaving it rated R, but pulling all the bad stuff out and making it PG13.

Oh, and its OK to hack people's heads off but god forbid we see a boobie or two!

To my understanding (and I've been reading everything and anything I can on The Witcher) there have been some elements removed in the sense of references to things like rape and what not but not any actual footage of anything. If there has...then *shrug*. I find it amusing though that, once again, in America no f***ing less, violence is perfectly ok, just so long as there arent any naked people. lmao. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go to a strip club, rent a prostitute, then get a massage from an asian parlour down a dark alleyway *scampers off*dysguised22

Agreed, mang. There were boobs in God of War. How much worse can the nudity be in The Witcher? It's rated M so keep in the boobs for Herrick's sake!

On the bright side, I've heard it said in The Witcher Forum here, that modding the game to bring forth The Boobs should be a simple task. I hope that is true. All of us adults who are buying the game should be able to have it as The Developers intended it to be. I know we can get the UK import but we shouldn't have to do that. I can easily buy porn in The States but I can't buy a game in the states that has boobs? WTF?
