In episode 2 Valve is using new facial animation technology as well as a new physics engine. Valve really does a great job with HDR lighting (they use it the best imo). Also, has anyone seen that when you shine your flashlight on stuff it casts a shadow from the videos?

i'll actually reserve my judgment until i see the hdr in real-time, cuz still pics only tell a very small part of the entire hdr story.

i was disappointed with ep1, it certainly wasn't bad, it just wans't up to half life standards

but i still have high hopes for ep2, nice screens - looking forward to playing it
