Hey, I currently have 2x 7800GTXs (OC'ed by the factory) with an Arctic Cooler on one of them... I am thinking about selling them on Craigslist for $375, and then buying an 8800Ultra. My questions were the following: Is that a good price to sell 2 7800GTXs for? ($375) If not, suggest a price please. Is it a good time to buy an 8800Ultra, will they be top of the line for a while, or is something new coming shortly? On the same note, would that new product lower the value of the 7800GTXs enough for it to make it worth while for me to get the 8800Ultra now (as apposed to when say, an 8900 is out) Thanks!

The quicker you can sell the better...

But get an 8800GTX instead, Ultra is not worth it

the Ultra is sometimes as little as like $60 more that a GTX, and it can probably be OC'ed more.... But Ill look into it. Thanks for the tips. Anyone else?

I think it's a great time to buy/sell. I just plunked down 1.35 grand on a new system. I'm betting the prices of some of the things I bought like the RAM and Processor might go up. Reason being as new technology is released the demand increases for the lower technology. Thus the prices go up. If you ever noticed some older video cards can be more expensive than the new video cards. Specifically when comparing AGP to PCI-Express. The PCI-Express is always less expensive :).
