Well! I almost went blind trying to read the post.  If I read all the specs right, it should play games very very well indeed! If it's from a good company, you will be very happy.  It will be even better once there's a service pack for Vista!

WHY isn't this in the PC hardware section?  Just build your own computer.  They will charge hefty fees just having to install the stuff for you.

500w is plenty for 8600gt.... they dont use much power... like 73w each..

Well that computer is utter crap... it is pretty unbalanced

The procesor sucks... costs a ton and sucks an intel core2duo e6600 costs half of that and performs much better if ur an amd fanboy buy a pc with an AMD X2 6000+

8600gt sli? SUCKS... that configuration blows, the 8600gt sucks look at the reviews it performs like utter crap and u wont even use the 2 cards unless ur using super high resolutions like higher than 1800...

Generic PSU? lol...

Thats gotta be the worst configuration i have seen in my life... ur saving money on really important things and ur wasting money on other parts...

Get this AMD X2 6000, 2gb memory ddr2, 8800GTS 640mb OCed, a good power supply Antec, Thermaltake, Corsair, OCZ etc,

Drop the 4 GB of RAM to 2 GB, and I would suggest you bump up that graphics card to an 8800 GTS 320 MB.

Do not get Vista unless you want to waste half of your time tweaking and editing programs/games to make them run on Vista. Stick to XP for atleast 1 more year.
