Right after you have to escape the village (when you either pass out with malaria or get killed) you get (what i presume) picked up in a van, then you wake up however then I am unable to move i can see what is most likely a save game icon (flashing blue) but i cant move from the spot or look around.
Game is a legit copy, on vista 64bit
