Fried Mobo or CPU?

So after trying to overclock my i5 2500k on a intel dp67bg Mobo successfully to 4.10 ghz I pressed F10 to save and restart the computer it never booted back up. it just keeps on rebooting and shutting off. It doesnt even make it to windows. Can anyone help me?

Specs

i5 2500k, 212 Evo, intel dp67bg mobo, 8 gb vengeance ram, corsair 600 watt psu

Reset the BIOS if you can get into it, or to do it manually either use the bios reset switch on the motherboard or take the battery out and put it back in again.

Can't get into BIOS and battery is encased all around and will not come out.

Push the "back to BIOS button" on the back panel of the motherboard, or you can do it the old fashion way with the jumper. Information on page 19 and 55 of your manual.
