"F.E.A.R. is not currently installed. Update aborted." Is the error I get. Even though I have it installed. I tried US and UK patches. Please.. What do I do?

You downloaded F.E.A.R. Combat, I take it? It sounds like you're trying to install the patch for the full game.

There's a patch for it here on GameSpot, but I don't know if it's fully up-to-date.
