Error installing Flight Simulator X and 2004

I used to be able to install X but I uninsstalled and now i cant reinstall. It installs it all and before its almost done it says this:

Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contac your support personnel or package vendor.

And then it says:

Error:-1603 Fatal error during installation
Consult Windows Installer Help (Msi.chm) or MSDN for more information.

Any idea what to do? O and i can install other games just not these two.
