Due to work and lost of interest, I didn't really play a lot of video games during the last 3-4 years. Played a few  games like Skyrim, Dragon age, Witcher, Shogun and Battlefield 3. But now I'm back and I can enjoy gaming again, for a couple of weeks. :3 Soooo, what did I miss and what do you guys recommend? Any genre will suffice. :3

DiRT 2 and DiRT 3 with a gamepad or a wheel. Actualy Have you narrowed down exactly what type of gamer you are ? Its very important the game fits the man perfectly, like a suit.

Well, I enjoyed particular games like Dragon age. I like games with good stories. I also put in maybe a 100+ hours on Mount and Blade: Warband with mods. I enjoyed playing like a king in warband, commanding troops and sorts. Also had a lot of fun playing Company of Heroes and Dawn of War :D

Lol, I specialise in ABSOLUTELY NONE of those criteria. Mostly because I don't own a PC anymore.

Hang On . . . . Try Bioshock Infinite, its awesome.

What kinda rig?

Bioshock Infinite, SC2:HotS, FC3 + Blood Dragon, Batman Arkham games, Dark Souls, Borderlands series, Path of Exile, Portal series, Dishonored, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Tomb Raider, XCOM: Enemy Unknown - that'll keep ya busy.

Immediate 5 to play: Bioshock Infinite, Dark Souls, Dishonored, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, & FC3.

Mass Effect series is a must. First game was release in 2007, the 3rd one just a year or so ago.

You've got to be f@cking kidding me, nothing..?

I would suggest a few indy titles, easily worth their entry fee...

Try:

Chivalry

Arma 3 (not indy but pretty darn close)

Minecraft

Terraria

Dayz (requires Arma2 OA prior)

The Walking Dead

Amnesia (excellent if you like to shit yourself in fear)

This is good for a start...

It's a matter of opinion. Don't let others influence your opinions.

Bioshock 1, Bioshock 2, Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 1-3 and Metro 2033/Last Light for some good FPS gaming.
