I'm using TurboV program to test my CPU overlock, I overclock from 2.8 GHz to 3.1 GHz and play the game I think framerate is unchange or reduce for some reason. Also, I try overlock little more its keep crashing, its tell me that its need more of volts or what? Which program is for n00b to check their CPU stability.

My thought exactly. Everyone who has OC'd was a noob at one point... @TC: Read guides on OC-ing, especially guides for the CPU you have. They will tell you everything you need to know about OC-ing software, heat, power, etc.

I don't know about that stress test, but LinX and Prime95 give me the most stable overclock.

I found this guide to be pretty helpful when I overclocked my processor.www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/538439-guide-overclocking-core-i7-920-930-a.html
