Crysis or Halo 3? Which are you gettin?

I am going with Crysis. Far Cry was awesome, but i dont think i'l spend much time on Far Cry 2, if its all the same stuff. Had enough of slaughtering hundreds of mercenaries and mosters ))) . Crysis, on the other hand, will have the cool nano suit and aliens. That, in my opinion, is something to look forward to. Somewhy though, i have a feeling that Crysis wont be that much better in terms of graphics than Far Cry. But we'l see.

i was just thinking this morning, wouldn't it be a good idea to ask a pc board if they're looking forward to a pc game using awesome new technology to create a great emergent fps in a large, semi-open world envrionment, or if they're looking forward to playing a mediocre fps on a console with a gamepad

then i thought, no, that would not be a good idea

First of all, this is a really stupid thread to start in the pc forum. Crysis is gonna win. Post it in the 360 forum, its the same, except halo 3 will win. It should be in system wars, where people who arent stupid fanboys dont have to see it.

Secondly, how can you possibly say that halo 3 is overrated? How can you say anything about either game? Neither has been released yet, halo 3 has had a multiplayer beta but thats it. If you didnt like it, well thats your opinion, please dont be like so many other pricks who treat theirs as absolute fact.

Im getting crysis, because i have a great computer that should run it at max or close. I would get halo 3, but i dont have a 360 and probably wont be able to aford one by september 25th since i broke my psp and am getting a new one. I think theyre both going to be insanely kickass.

First off this topic is better suited in the General Discussion or System Wars threads and not solely in the PC thread. Although Crysis is coming out on PC and Halo3 is coming out on the 360 and PC isn't it? i mean wasn't it said Halo3 would be a Vista only game or something?

So i guess this topics in the right thread if both games have a PC release. But still to answer the question i put it like this, if both games were actual players in an online FPS deathmatch 1v1. Then Crysis would just own Halo3 who would be screaming down its microphone with phrases like "n00b!", "****ing n00bzor, omg you h4x!".

With Crysis being released we'll experience graphics and visual display on a whole new level. But with Halo3 we'll maybe get to see Master Chiefs face and put an end to this gaming series i hope.

None of them I dont have money I will buy them in second hand at a low price.:P

Not to say I dont enjoy Halo series, its the best shooter on Xbox. But shooters on console dont compare with the plethora of shooters on PC.

Plus, it helps having a roommatr who owns a 360 and preordered Halo 3. I can play it at no cost! Booyah!

Why would I even have an Xbox if I play PC games? Crysis and Halo 3 are mutually exclusive...either you play PC games on the PC or you attempt to play PC games on the 360.D9-THC
