Cpu does not underclock anymore.

Hey my cpu doesnt underclocks anymore at all without me changing any settings any idea why? this is the proof:

any idea's why this is happenning? both picturs are when computer is idle!

Different MOBO? maybe settings have changed due to change of a MOBO

Check your power settings in windows. And then check your power settings in BIOS
