Corsair's fake RGB dimms? a new trend?

40$ for 2 fake RGB dimms? a bit overpriced IMO and I guess for people who already own a 2 RGB dimms with no need for extra real RAM?

If this will become a trend I'd expect eBay knock off for much less of the cost.

That is crazy. I have all 8 slots of mine filled with that ram though.
