Confused over which game to buy..

Right now I have the cash to buy 3 games :)..Help me choose 3 games from foll

1>The Orange Box

2>Bioshock

3>Gears of War

4>Crysis

5>Call of Duty 4

6>Mass Effect

7>The witcher

8>Unreal 3

M mainly looking for 10hrs+ of single player action..also good multiplayer..

can't speakabout the others, but I didn't like Bioshock., personally.... has that console styleFPS feel to it, if you know what I mean.

Crysis CoD The Witcher and/or orange box..... Mass effect is a console game.

Need more information. Do you preferMP as much as SP or more? RPGs or FPSs?

You can't go wrong with Orange Box, and TF2 just sweetens the deal if you like MP shooters.

COD4 - Great SP game, but sickeningly short. Online mode was ruined for me was everyone placing these maps the size of a POSTAGE STAMP on servers with 32 PEOPLE. Just start cooking your grenade as soon as you spawn and get it over with.

GoW is an awesome shooter, and made even better if you have someone to co-op with to use tactics against the enemy. I've played through this game over and over again on normal+ mode. Love it.

Bioshock is a great SP experience and I loved the story and environment. Some people will pick it apart with minor details, but is deserved GOTY. You will have to play it through more than once to get 10+ hours, though.

Unreal 3 - Did you like the last one? Get it. Don't go in with any illusions of new material. It is the same game with updated graphics and a few very small and minor new things thrown in.

Mass Effect - Just get it

The Witcher - This one is pretty person-specific. I liked it (didn't love it), I have one bud that can't put it down, and another bud that makes fun of that bud because he can play it. Find someone that has it and try it.

Crysis - Fun, but IMO over rated. Pretty graphics don't make a game fun,which madethis game is more flash than substance. Don't get me wrong, I like playing it, but it definately doesn't live up to the "OMG CRYSIS RULZ ALL!" hype everyone has and is putting into it.

May be you are rite 8)..i guess i would give World in Conflict a try..can u suggest anymore really good RTS?

If you never played Half Life 2 then get the Orange Box.

Call of Duty 4 for sure.

and for the RPG Mix you cannot go wrong with The Witcher or Mass Effect. I finished Mass Effect last weekend and the storyline was fantastic though the Side Quests get really annoying, and The Witcher is easily a sleeper hit of the year but I havn't played it yet, I asked for it for christmas lol because I bought Mass Effect Earlier and needed a gift idea.

That's why there's options. Play on servers with 16 people.
